A child under 13 years of age must wear a life jacket while underway in a vessel that is less than 21 feet in length. A child under 4 years of age have a life jacket equipped with a grab strap, inflatable headrest and crotch strap (Maryland law.)No related posts.

Author What’s New off the Member’s Deck announced the following today 1/1/2010: # NEW 7029 POSTED ON FORMS PAGE A new 7029H-Jan 2010, has been posted on the forms page. The old 7029G will NOT be able to be entered into AUXDATA after Sunday, 3 January 2010. The new form will be necessary. The eForm version will be posted as soon as possible. [Posted: Jan 1, 2010.
